What we collect through this website, why, and what we will never do with it.

The short version
If you fill in a form on this site we get your name, your contact details, whatever you type in the message and any file you attach. We use it to reply to you or to consider you for a job. We do not sell it, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
- Contact forms: your name, email, phone if you give it, your message, and any application or resume you attach.
- Server logs: our host records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Google Map on the contact page is served by Google and may set cookies under Google’s privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, the full address and a directions link are given in plain text beside it.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered through our website host and land in the station’s email. Nobody outside the business sees them. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Employment applications are kept while the position is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case something else comes up, unless you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — call (701) 764-5555 or email office@thecowboystation.com. We will not charge you for it.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
